Thanks Guy and John, I sculpted it in a hurry, less than a week, sometimes doing things by instinct could produce a not so bad result.

Mark, thanks to you too, but I think that could be like asking to a Ferrari's engineer to make the oil change to my car... Not viable, I think.

For the last item I casted I used more A part than B, not intentionally but because there was more A than B in the glass and I did not want to reopen the can once again... The result has been a very strange looking cast, with shadows and highlights just where they must be (the picture does not make justice of it), I think I will use it as a reference.

Complimenti Luca, veramente molto bravo e con idee sempre particolari nella creazione dei tuoi personaggi.
Mi piace molto anche il tuo sito internet e la maniera in cui proponi i tuoi lavori.
Very Cool.

Una piccola curiosità. Qual'è il significato del logo Figuralia?

Ciao ;) ;) ;)

Hi my friend,

very nice and interesting subject. :)

I think the best paint would be as one of your pics : with light from the bottom.

Grazie Maurizio, a dire la verita' non c'e' un significato particolare, semplicemente mi piaceva l'immagine dell'omino diciamo 'sbilanciato' e come suonava il nome...

Hey Jean Paul, it could be a good idea, never seen a figure painted with a upside down lighting, let see if I will start the new 'nadir' tendency in opposition to the zenithal school...

Bernd, very nicely done. Luca should be proud.

I would love to see one done with over exagerated lighting though, as Luca lit his in some of his photos. I think it would add more drama to the simplicity of the sculpt. Looking forward to seeing more versions of this piece!
