Hi Arthur and thanks for the link. I heared someting about centrifugal trick, but I've just reconditioned my working room and my mate will kill me if the filled mould will slip out of my hand during the process...

Moreover take a look at some of the moulds I'm using, dont know if such tecnique can be used with them as well.

The resin I'm using now is very good, but it must be shaked strongly before mixing it to get the best result. This is the issue. I have no bubbles into the mould, I'm pouring into open moulds (like those on the picture) or filling first each valve.
I get rid of the bubbles into corners with a very thin silicone brush I made (something like a toothpick).
The troubles comes with the zillion air bubbles generated by the shaking process before mixing the resin and for this the only solution is a vacuum chamber/pump. A such vacuum equipment is not so cheap, but I found a local distributor with very small pumps, hope to get a quote for a not so expensive pump.

Ciao, Luca

Luca,
Your molds look similar to mine :)
For the centrifugal technique I am going to build up the top sides to give resin a taller pour plug.
That should eleviminate any spillage issues ;)
You are right about the pump it is truly the only way to achieve proffessional results especially when you start getting a lot of orders :)
Cheers,
A.
