Completed Critique Figure from Latore

After some discussion here I have changed the wood base. Here you can see the new base. And I must say "It looks better".
And the second photo is a comparison between two "original" figures from Latore. A friend of mine has painted the same figure. And as we compare the two figure we must noticed that my figures is nearly 2 mm higher than his. The axes and the shield are identical. But not the figure.
Never seen that before. And we both have a "original" figure
Somebody here had seen that before??
