I obviously don't get out enough, so I had to look up Laphoaig ....and this is
what I found - 10 Year Old Cask strength. Very powerful on the nose, with
medicinal notes and hints of smoke and seaweed. Not for me Ralph, not as
young as I used to be

When we were kids; myself and three brothers,.... my dad built a birdhouse and it was hung in an apple tree in our back yard. Birds built a nest at some time in space. And then creativity took its course and we found ourselves in the possession of some good sized firecrackers. Whilst surmising what we should do to blow something up we noticed the birdhouse filled with straw. All we wanted to do was blow off a firecracker in a birdhouse. Well, the firecracker totaled the birdhouse and when my dad saw it and said questionably? "What happened to my birdhouse"?... Of course we all said " We don't know"???
. I guess the moral of the story is "Boys will be boys". ..............................THE GOOD OLE DAYS.
