Thanks for the encouraging remarks. The scale is 100mm (ish) and it's an original figure although I do make moulds of all the parts I make in case I want use the bits again.
Thanks for the fix Mark, I'll sort when I'm next on my PC.
Bryan and Don Fosten did some research for me on various Victorian English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh regiments many years ago I might revisit those themes.

The only one I have at the moment is the HLI one. I still have the moulds of an Scots Guards RSM and Cheshire Regiment Sergeant from some 25 years ago! No Victorians on the workbench at the moment.

I have to say if the other two 'on the moulds' are as good as this it would be pretty cool if you could supply them to Planeteers they would surely sell well at this scale size.

Where did you get the dimensions for the Shako? Or is it all by eye? Would you mind sharing them if possible? Thanks,

Scotty - The shako is mostly by eye, taking references from the internet or Douglas Anderson's book on the HLI. The shapes vary quite considerably in the pictures so best guesstimate seemed to work.
I will see if I can get some castings ready for Euro of the HLI figure. I have moulds for the figure but not the chair and flower stand although I have the original patterns it will be a bit fiddly. They are all quite flat in so might best be done in whitemetal.

The shako was 4inch high at the front, 6 1/2 inches at the back. The crown was 6 inches front to back and 5 1/2 inches side to side.

I will not be able to cross over for Euro, but I am still interested in the figure if you cast some up.
