Horse Tails

I am hoping someone might be able to help me. I have the new Cumin Horse Archer in 75mm. Unfortunately due to a bad back and knees I am a bit clumsy and as I tried carrying this downstairs to prime the horse went flying. The tail got shattered. I tried writing the company about buying a new tail but have received no answer. So Can anyone tell me how best to make a new tail? I was wondering about 2 part putty but I'm not sure how to handle it and carve it to shape. Any ideas on the best way to do this would be much appreciated.

Can I suggest you try messaging them here and on FB as well

As for sculpting ...I would use a thick wire core then use magisculpt to build it up

Have you not got a spare in your bits box ?

You might also put a want thread in the Marketplace her on PF ...afraid I can't help you as I only paint busts !!
