I have waiting for this since it was first shown on Facebook and it realy pains me to point out a flaw in such a great kit.

Let me explain since I first saw it something had been nigeling at me and I could,nt for the life of me figure out what it was then when I bought it and was looking at the photo again it hit me its the reins he is riding in the French style where one set of reins is held in the left hand and the other laying on the saddle,in the British cavalry both reins are held in the left hand I believe it is still the same today.

It is not a major flaw and a fairly easy fix I just thought you might like to know for the sake of accuracy. You could always leave it and say as he is an officer and it is probably his own horse he can ride it how he likes

It must be seriously frustrating for any producer to have his
work criiticised over such contentious detail. The questions
regarding the way the figure holds his horse's reins, the weight
of his stirrups, let alone whether he wore the foul weather cover
over his bearskin, or would he really have had his personal and
highly expensive sword ground into a hatchet tip, are all matters
of personal interpretation. As others have pointed out here, if you
feel those things need correction then it's easy enough for you to
do so.......you could personalise and enhance what must surely
already be one of the best figures on the market today.
