Wow...far in.. Good to see that you went with the bright colors that would have been worn in reality...sometimes, the subdued tones that look so pleasing in the color harmony scheme chosen for figures are not what would have been worn, IMO.
These look great and are of brilliant intensity...well done.

This is one of your best works. The face looks great and the greens and reds are very well done. And the nice groundwork makes it complete.

And the stone's yes they where glued one by one.:D
Painted no, it is the natural color of the stone's. Only applied a sepia wash over it. I bought them in Eindhoven.
 
Excellent work Marc, definitely one of your best if not the best.

The green is very striking and very nicely painted, I like your colour choices for this one.

I like the total picture the most. And yes Marc, you put more and more energy in the details. It pays really off. Very good. This one is in far the best figure you've painted in recent times.
