Latest V bench pics on home page

How do you make your image appear with the title on the Home pages `latest v bench-blog`listings ?
I always seem to just get the title without the small image to go with it,am i missing something out.

Steve when you posted you see when you go advanced next to the smiley a paperclip.
When you click on that you open a new window. Then you can upload picture's from your PC.
Another possibility is to scroll down and click on the button attach images
This images can you put into your message and the first picture appears on the frontpage.
