Absolutely spectacular!

Sang Eon Lee is not only at the top of his game as a sculptor but also in wielding a brush. Dual skills of a master miniaturist!

My god he looks alive.
This work of sculpture and painting is proof that this hobby was to be recognized worldwide as an art form like so many others we know. Forget everything you`ve seen, no one before or after will do better than this.

Cheers,
Pedro.

I know - makes ya sick doesn't it?! :arghh: :ROFLMAO:

This is masterful stuff, and it inspires me to put it on my "wants-it" list even though I know I won't be able to come close to that standard of finish. As others have said, this has to be a contenter for "bust of the century". Simply marvellous.

If, in desperation, you look really hard, there is one tiny flaw in the painting. It is very small, but it is there. I'm not sure whether that's terrifying or comforting? :(.

This is not really my period of interest and I don't think it would suit my style of painting, but,it keeps saying buy me,buy me.I'm hoping that this impulse will deteriorate somewhat, by the time that it becomes available in the U.K.
I think I might be in love.

You know, I'm thinking that the opposite of "buy me, buy me"may be true for this one.....if this piece was my period I'd admire it but never want to attempt to paint it after seeing Sang-Eon Lee's example......there may well be a situation where the marketing of a figure may be adversely affected by the superbly unattainable quality of the box and promotional art........whad ja reckon?
