Looking for UK-based painter(s)

Hello,

I don't know where to post this but here goes. Apologies is this is not the right discussion.

I live in the UK. Since I have a handful of 28mm minis that I'd like to have painted, I have been looking for a capable painter (or painters) to do the job.

Many of the artists I've found online seem to live either in the US or on continental Europe though. And since my budget is limited (a situation made worse by the recent devaluation of the British pound), whichever artist I contact for the work will have to reside in the UK.

Any suggestions on where I might look for such artist(s)?

Trot along to your nearest Games Workshop store - they usually have a painting fraternity who might help?

It would probably depend on what they are, how many and to what standard you wanted them painted to, as to the final cost.
