Hello all,
Like to present to you my dio/vignette from my PaK40 crew wich I finished recently.
As the figures are the main focus here , thought I could post it here as well
Based on a pic I found in the net (see below), which I found interesting as the title immediately came into my mind '...und liebe Grüsse an deine Kameraden...' ('...loving greetings to your comrades...') . Figures (off course) and all the other stuff I made everything myself! Ok, except the cannon and the ammo (RB Models)
Painted it all with acrylics, hope you like it!

That is top work from concept to realisation. Great painting particularly on camo and facial
expressions.
Seems almost a shame to hide any of the gun under the straw.

Top stuff, Erik. You have really nailed the poses and interaction between the soldiers in the photo.
I love all the other small items that add to the story too.

Really nice work! It's very life-like, just like in the original photograph. Impressive attention to detail as well. And the hay is fantastic.

Cheers,
Adrian

Great job, Erik!

I like everything about this vignette/diorama...the figures, the gun, the way the base is raised, the way you realistically made the haystack and the surrounding hay look convincing.

It is quite inspiring.

Cheers,
James

I love the personality you have managed to get into each figure - they really look like individuals. Especially like the one wearing glasses smoking a pipe. Very accurate recreation of the photograph. Excellent work. Thanks for posting.
Cheers
