Hi Hugo, I think you make a mistake about Lassen's death. He was killed at Lake Commachio in Italy and is buried there. I have seen the bust to him in the English Garden in Copenhagen but was unable to get photo.
This it Tom?

Hello Mr. Bob...

Thank you for your comment. But the real lizard have this aspect. Its a Peloponeso Lizard. Have this rude aspect, but the colors are very pretty...

We always do a study of our characters. In the beginning we though to putthe Lassen in North Africa. But after read the history, we choose use animals and atmosphere from Greece, because he died in a mission in Greece. When we develop our models we try to put on feelings and emotions. And the best way to honor a soldier is talking about him. Soldiers do they work, and they are always fighting against tirany and opression, and they put this issues in front of him...

Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. I did some research and this particular lizard usually wears his turtleneck in the winter.:LOL:
Keep up the good work and keep churning out these beautiful pieces.

Hi Hugo your figure is really fine indeed.....i like it in 1.35mm in this kit there is the lizard too? which is his price and where i could found it? i try rp model in web but i dont found it....!!!

On which other 2ww figures, are you working on? There is the possibility to realize in near future same us 2ww figures??'

Congratulations.

Mario from italy-

ps. where is located rp models??

Hi Mario.

The following is only my knowledge that I believe to be correct.
RP are based in Portugal. They have so far only produced busts of WWII characters, all allied and actual characters. Although they have just produced a "Goblin" in bust form and I think intend to do this as a 75mm figure.

The busts tend to sell out very quickly both because they are limited runs of around 200 pieces & the quality is superb. Hugo has said the 75mm figure he will produce 300 pieces. Not sure about 1/35.

I believe both the canoe & Lassen will be the first in 75mm and no figure has been produced yet in 1/35.

RP have a Facebook page.

I buy from SK Minitures in the UK but their are othe outlets not sure who in Italy but I would say when it is announced for sale grab it as they don't last long.

I hope this helps and if any fact is wrong I will stand corrected. Happy Modeling.

Peter.

Hi Mario,

Thanks for the interest , the figure will be produced in 1/35th as well as 75 mm scale , both with that lizard!

As for other WW2 ideas feel free to contact me ( I work with RP as a researcher ) or Hugo with suggestions , RP are known for listening to modellers thoughts both ideas, and as suggestions when a piece is developed for release.

There are also other WW2 subjects in bust form , Lord Lovat , Mad Jack Churchill , Patton and many others .

As Bootneck says RP have just released a fantasy piece the goblin , there are lots more releases being considered and worked on .

RP are based in Portugal , I am the UK contact for Hugo

Thanks for looking in
