Stephen, Very nice work on both the painting and sculpting. The harsh light makes the figure a little washed out. Have you tried taking pictures without a flash?~Gary
 
Thanks guys. Gary, you're right. I'm not that happy with the pics. Not that I'm an expert or anything. Actually I don't use flash , it's just the overhead lighting. I think :lol:

Steve, for the armour I made good use of the kit's metal. I burnished and polished it and then painted it in oils. As soon as you paint it you remove all the paint with a tissue so you'll leave a stain on the metal. You repeat until you get the desired effect.

Hi Bruno, long time no see. Thanks for your compliments. The figure was actually sculpted by myself for Seil models and as I do always I had to paint one for myself
