Mitches Military Models Private 33rd (Duke of Wellingtons) Regiment of Foot

I chose this subject because it shows a different aspect to the Napoleonic uniforms of the British Army. While all regiments titled "Royal" word blue facings, (collar, cuffs, turnbacks), various colours were used to distinguish other regiments. The "Dukes" as they were known were one of the few Regiments to wear Red racing's on their jackets.

I apologise for the rubbish photos, I'll try to do better.

Nice figure, well any Yorkshire Regt is good. He looks good but yeah better pictures would be good, not that I can complain cos I'm crap with a camera anyway.
