Here is a link to a stunning piece of work for all the brilliant sculptors out there to get their cognitive juices flowing. One of our senior colleagues, Group Captain Martin Ruth, RAF Consultant Anaesthetist, commissioned this painting of a CCAST (Critical Care Air Support Team) move, . The painting stands about 5 feet tall and is a very powerful image reflecting the fantastic work done by the RAF CCAST staff. For those of us lucky enough to be in the UK, it will be displayed later on in the Science Museum in an exhibition on anaesthesia called 'Senseless'.
