Yes, the head looks a bit undersized. I wanted to say it's because he's an alien, but looking at the top photo, the head size really shows well compared to the body.

It's a alien guy... very very cool. Look to little human extensive bodybuilders (short man of 165 cm) ... They look like him (little head) and great muscles... Or he looks like them ... I dont know how is outer space
