Scrumptious edibles and fabulous bonsai.
The wife and I went to Hawaii on or 25 wedding Anniversary twenty five years ago and we went to a bonsai show and contest. Some of the display trees were over 600 years old. I cannot imagine being responsible for keeping them alive????
I have done Magic since 14 years old and was Ronald McD for 6 years in the midwest USA, doing school shows and grand openings of McD.
Magic paid for all of our Christmases until the kids all left home.
Cheers

Interesting, folks!! The cookies etc look great, the "sudden" fishing looks a blast (couldn't resist) but for me, Japanese Chess (Shogi) and racquetball fill the rest of my de-stress time. Shogi is a 9x9 board and has excellent changes to the western version. Racquetball, well just throw a round ball into a square room, add a little competition and I am as happy as a pig in ......

Quite interesting to see what all we are into. Good thread!!

Past creative outlets......
Bonsai (lost them over the space of some house moves), wood carving, martial arts, ballroom dancing.

Current (apart from trying to get to the man-cave bench) would be cooking and photography (landscapes and nature, preferably).

That is, when I get a chance from investing some sweat equity in the back yard (trying to keep some dwarf fruit trees, various vegetables, and some other salady stuff alive while cleaning out the builders debris) and tend to three dogs.

ah, the joy of living.....
