Past shows photos.

Hi again Gordy and planeteers,I would like to ask is there a possibility to create (or to advance the exists forum?) a new forum that will contain photos from past shows around the world?For example photos from euromilitaire shows of the '80s or '90s or expos from the same periods or any other shows from all over the world.I am asking this because I was trying to find photos from World Expo at Rome and I can't find a thing.I am sure that a lot of members have archives and I was wondering if it will be possible for them to share it with us in a forum.I believe that this will help the older modellers to remember or to awake memories and for the new modellers to see a different era of the hobby full of inspiration and purity.Thanks Christos

Oh, I agree with you. But planetfigure already has a forum for posting links to show galleries. If it were to be a gallery of figure photos for all the shows the amount of time required to download all the photos into one independent gallery would be alot more than most of us have and take away all of our painting time. The last time I went to a show and took photos it took more than two days to process all the photos and download them into a gallery. Plus it quickly filled all the bandwidth space allowed for the account.

I think you have a good idea.......although maybe not practical.
