I was wondering what paints mixes you are using for the leopards?

he is coming amazing. I like the shield very much. Some depth in the lions, i was wonder how you did that.

:lol: ciao friends thanks for the comment. Dear Keithan Brian, for the leopards,I used this mix: mars yellow+ aurora yellow,+ titanium withe + raw umber.For the lights, more aurora yellow and withe, for the shadows mor raw umber and mars yellow. ( all colors is W&N). take care Luca

FOR BRIAN: the sansodor, is similar at the withe spirit. I use for the medium in the oils color always. is great for the matt finish. ciao from Luca

Hi Luca
Do you undercoat the lions before painting in oils or are you painting the yellow oils straight over the red which i reckon would be impossible unless you build up the yellow bit by bit

Dear brian, I paint the lions direct in dark yellow oils, and when the lios is dry, I paint in olil the lights and shadows. ciao from Luca :lol:
