Just caught up with this one, some super work you have put into him, the beret does look better now and like the cravat and number on chute harness.

Cheers
Geoff

Cheers Geoff the beret colour looks lighter in reality !

The cravat was to hide where I repositioned the head , the numbers came from the Osprey Elite # 1 ..adds a bit more interest

Thanks for looking in

Hi all

Not trying to hijack the thread, just thought I'd add my own (feeble) attempt at sculpting a beret. It's supposed to be a WWII Polish Para of Market Garden era. Please be gentle it's my first ever attempt at sculpting. Obviously a WIP.

Inspired by Nap and others comments I've had another go at sculpting a beret. Gave it a more raked back look and attempted to paint on the badge. Constructive comments welcome.

Hi there

Sorry just seen this ...looks better IMO ..more full , badge shape looks good , I tend to put a darker colour I've a gray and then use various mixes to build up badge details using a off white for final highs

You shoukd start your own thread on the para ..I can move posts if you want to
