Great painting Sergei. Not my scale though but it is quite tempting. I am a huge fan of vigniettes. Is the other one you paint 54mm or 75mm? :)

Fantastic sculpting and painting Sergey. I can see our Scottish bretheren getting all lathered up in anticipation of this vignette being released as a commercial kit. Wonderful facial expressions and drama.

Sergey, another fantastic result! I thought I already knew what I wanted for Christmas then you mentioned this will be available. I love vignettes and this is one of the best I have seen.

I took another closer look and the lead figure,("sapper"?) has a hole in his head. After seeing scenes of the Scottish countryside in movies and TV, along with these three, who in their right mind would want to mess with these people. Excellent job again Sergey,

Brilliant.....If it was a kit I'd sell one of my wives to get one......in fact I'd sell two.
I've got a horrible feeling it's a one off.
Great realisation of your concept Sergey.
Cheers
Derek
Hi Derek, you are a skinflint(or a scotsman :)),three soldiers for the price of two women, that´s a bad exchange for the seller!

What an amazing vignette this will make, sadly 54mm so I cant even think of trying it.
By the way you are all wrong about their fighting charge! They have just been told "there's a bottle of whisky behind the enemy trench"!!!!!!!!!

Not at all......one of them has dissociative identity disorder.
And yes I'm a Scotsman from Glasgow, the friendliest, most open and generous people on earth...........you're thinking about Aberdonians, you know the guys who give their sons empty boxes at christmas and tell them its an Action Man Deserters Kit.

Soso, from Glasgow.I ever thought, that men from there are happy when they get a woman anyway:smug:!I´m glad that I have two of the Kirin (Mike Good)-Highlanders,how many women will this figure get in Scotland?T.

The back page of the latest Military Modelling (look I was bored & W H Smiths had nowt else of any interest) carried an advert for First Legion. At the bottom of the advert was the Scottish Fury vignette plus a B/W pic of "The Hunt for Grasshoppers" which looks like a French Cavalryman (Lancer Officer?) riding down a British type infantryman. Also featured was a painted figure of the Duke of Marlborough on horseback. All described as being an upcoming range of 54mm high quality white metal figure kits.
