Thanks Simon, I think the result is more down to the quality of the bust itself, rather than my painting.
I'm still wishing that I could've made a better job of it.

Another beautiful painting to your credit Malc. As I am going to start mine, I am looking on the forum and the internet for versions of this bust to find out what has already been done. It is difficult to think outside the box for this cowboy, the challenge is going to be difficult to make it "original"....
