I was saddened to read this but my friend has his reasons. Another member sadly lost, we seem to be losing regular members frequently (Einon, Chaos Cossack, card etc.) and ought to try to stem this flow.

Like you I was sad to see Paul leave , nembers come and go for many reasons as I am sure you are aware , decisions are made which not all agree with but of course we would ALL love to see Paul return and I for one would be the first to welcone him .
As for stemming the flow ...please PM me if you wish

I'm pretty much with Tony on this, some go, some stay away, some come back.
I can only think of a couple who have been banned and in my opinion in one instance the forum's the less for it.
Others leave for a wide variety of reasons.
If a member chooses not to reveal their reason for leaving thats to be respected.
I believe that there are a few 'catalyst' topics that preceed individuals leaving the forum, normally the ones that
polarise opinion. An obvious examples being re-casting.
On the matter of recasting the topic has been done to death and those who buy are unlikely to change. I feel that if a
member sees examples then simply contact the legitimate producer who might then inform the forum in an appropriate
way and not create the repetative debate with the almost inevitable casualties.
