Thanks Brian appreciate your comments.
The grenadier is Airfix, with hornet head, bonnet and cords tilted earings of brass wire.
Left arm just sawed at the elbow, repositioned and the hand rolled around 180 degrees.
I have also 'crossed the scabbards' because of the weight of his hand pressing down on the sabre briquet hilt.
He has his belts attached now !
I am going to include him in my evening of waterloo diorama next year, but hidden away so it won't spoil the recreation of the painting.

That sounds like a big conversion, but I like it

Hi Gordon, thank you, its:-

That's a cracking selection Paul! (y) My favourite is the 'Western Store owner', granted I am being bias because 'Pearson', is also my surname. I love the water fall groundwork as well.

Regards,

Mark.

Glad you like.

I really like this collection you have, the water effect if great. You've mentioned dusting off these old pieces, and what question comes to mind is, where the hell am I going to keep my current and future figures? As I sat there sort of admiring my work the wife asks me, so where are you going to put that????
Bloody hell, stuffed if I know, in tje garage?

What you do Stoffie, is when out shopping , have a look at display cabinets, all glass fronted of course, and say, thats a nice piece of furniture, to which she'll hopefully say, "yes it is". Bang there you go, one display cabinet to display your figures.

You do realise he may have already joined that not so unique club by now of fellers with thousands of pounds worth of car on the driveway........ outside a garage full of 'useful' stuff? :)
