Spectacularly good work on both figures. I love the dark pallet you've used and I think this pair complement each other perfectly. Great idea to combine the two and I look forward to seeing them all finished and based up. Are you planning on a summer/autumn setting or a more wintery one?

I finished the second one towards the ***-end of last year. Not quite in your league but it was a wonderful figure and a joy to paint, and I was pleased with how it turned out. (Mine's here if you're interested: http://www.planetfigure.com/threads/saxon-54-mm-latorre-toison.60619/)

Mr Latorre did some cracking figures, a real shame that he seems to have packed in doing commercial pieces to release.

Steve, thanks for your kind words! It is much appreciated.
I have a pretty good idea how the layout will be. It will fit a summer/fall as well as a wintery set up. I need to decide which way to go. The thing is that I never did a wintery display yet. I have 2 products to work with but no experience at all. So, I need to experiment first, before I'm choosing what will be.
I watched with great interest your rendition and liked a lot. If my groundwork will be as good as yours, I'll be very happy!
Cheers Steve and thanks again!

A step closer to completion. If everything goes well, in this weekend I'll finish this guy.
If you see something that needs to be addressed, please let me know. Now is the moment to hit the nail.
Please have a look and let me know what you think. Thanks guys! :)
Cheers!
Zeno
