Its good to see them going!

The figures are in production at the moment and due for release in June.

The two figures are:

TW54003 - Bombadier, Royal Horse Artillery, Mons 1914
TW54004 - Captain, 4th Bn Royal Fusiliers, Mons 1914

Both follow-on the theme of the first two figures. Of course the Royal Fusiliers form an important part of Mons folklore by being the regiment that won the first two Victoria Crosses of World War One when Lieutenant Dease and Private Godley were each awarded the medal for the defence of the Mons canal.

Figures 5 and 6 are currently being prepared and I'm pleased to say that the response to the range is so positive that I'm able to roll-out the range in the future! (y)

Gunther, Assuming my monitor settings are correct, it appears you have chosen to prime these two figures in a dark grey - green color, as opposed to the more "traditional" black, white or grey. If I may ask, what is the shade you used, and what, in your experience, has caused you to use this option?
Based on the quality of the work you share with us from your website, and the outstanding painting you did on the first two Tommy's War figures, I am very much looking forward to seeing what you do with these new figures.
Best regards, Don

Thank you for the piece of history!
I work in Mons and I see everyday some memorials of this battle.

The figures look very great and I'm impatient to see the great paint of Günther !

Hello friends,
here are the first pictures of the Bombadier.I´ve forgotten to name the sculptor of these great figures:Nino Pizzichemi

Hello Don,
I have primed the figures with flat black (Tamiya XF-1).
I also tried many other colours(grey, white etc) but with black colour I reached the best results in my opinion.

Bye,Günther
