Tulsa Show

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am psyched. Just made the reservations for the Tulsa show. I don't get a chance to go to shows to often so this will be great. I fly in Thursday and stay with my sister, then will stay at the hotel on Fri. and Sat. fly out early Sun. Can't wait to meet everyone, and put some faces with names. Anyway, see ya all soon.

Brad, see you there! I am axiously awaiting the show as well. If plastic is your thing, Top Shelf is THE place to go. One of the best hobby stores I have ever been to for models! Can't wait to see everyone there! Be sure to come up to the Hospitality Suite on Friday evening. Great company, great food, great spirits and the all-important anual figure auction. Looking forward to seeing some Planeteers there.

Chris and Jay - Thanks for the welcome. Even though I'm not into plastic like I used to be, I still like looking and will probably check it out. I would have to get a ride from someone though, I wont be renting a car. Would like to check out the Hussar also. But we will see what develops. Definitely will make it to the hospitality suite. I missed all that stuff 2 yrs ago because I thought I better spend time with my sister, but not this year.

Chris - I met you at the Expo last year and got a chance to know you a little. Your stuff was awesome. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Also - does anyone know a guy named Adam. Not sure of the last name. Want to say it starts witha 'B'. He was from Tulsa, and was a fireman. He was at the Expo last year and I budded around with him. Cant seem to get hold of him, or find him. Any help would be great.

Hey Brad. See you there. I reckon you're thinking of Adam Balogh(sp?). I imagine he'll be there. I haven't been as regular at meetings since gas went through the roof, but the show is shaping up nicely.

And our guest speaker this year is that dude from a few posts farther up, John Long. I hear he'll be doing some singing as well. I understand he favors sea shanties and pirate songs.
