Nice pose, makes it clear to see what she is doing and the antique equipment sets the era nicely. Please do both arms though if you stick with this idea.

Both arms are there, second arm holds the "microphone"...

But everything except the head is still very raw

She looks very happy in her job.:)

The one thing I think that needs some work are her hands, the finger spacing and angles are wrong. You have her fingers leaving the back of the hand parallel which they cannot be if the fingers are spread like you show them.

The uniform looks good, the creases are realistic for the material, you have the pocket flap points pointed enough and the jacket buttoning the right way (y)
The only thing I can see you missed (and it's not important really) is a sewn dart line up from the middle top edge of the breast pocket flap to the yoke at the shoulder.

Main issue obviously is going to be the heavy braided insulated cords for the earphones. You could try adding a "Y" shaped section of braid as a part to be stuck on by the painter, or just leave it out as most people would probably replace it with soft wire anyway.
I really like her.

Also another thought, people very often tilt their head slightly when holding earphones to the ear, generally toward the hand holding the earphone. Maybe to allow the weight of the head to help push the earphone against the hand, or subconsciously resist the pressure from the hand?

Senior officer just told her a joke, so she is smiling. But it was English humor, so she is not laughing :)

I leave out cords, maybe only for "presentation", but there is no reason to print them...

Actually it is tilted, it depends on view angle, but when You put shoulders in the same plane it is visible:

"Tilt" is the head moving out of vertical.

Google says in Croatian the difference would translate as: Okreni & Nagni, Is that right?

What??? Google is wrong :arghh:

But, that is what most pictures of people with real headphones show, they lean into the earpiece by tilting the head. Even to today so it must be a subconscious thing as it does not really help the hearing.
The tilt you put in is disguised by also turning her head slightly. What you have is good, it looks natural. She is great.

I love what you’ve done here. I don’t suppose you sell prints or even the files to print at home as I’d love to paint this?
