Hi everybody !

There is a long time that I read you and I've decided to show you my work and my current project.
I've began it some times ago, but I hope that I will finish it soon !

I'm not sure to have post in the good category but I hope.
If not moderators please shift it, and modify if I've made something wrong.

The figure represents a german officer of the world war 2.
The scale is 1/35Th.
It comes from the brand Jaguar, and I find it is very well sculpted, except for the head.
So I've changed it for an Hornet one.
There is a default on the muzzle of the Ppsh that I've to correct.
I've not still done it but it will be done in few time.

I've still painted the head but unfortunately my camera doesn't allow me to make so close to get good enough pic.
So please be indulgent !

I've began the uniform.
The top is nearly finisched, I've just to finish the right arm and to paint the left one, and to apply some weathering on the figure.

Nice work

Very nice work - assume sculpted by Brian Stewart - his figure is easy to paint, give painter lots of freedom to shade in different ways. Keep us posted

Hello everybody,

I see that there is a (very) long time that I've not updated my topic about my work. So the german officer is still running in Stettin (he is a marathon runner ) but he is now completely painted. I just have to find the motivation to make the groundwork and do some ad hoc weathering !

Here 2 pictures of the figure. They are not good unfortunately :(

Any comments and critics is welcome in order to improve mysfel (but for the next figure ... still too much time spend on this one )

That IS very nice paintwork Laurent! (y)
Your previous in progress shots show off the quality of your work much better, but even so it is clear that this is a very well painted little german...!

Cheers,
Adrian

Thank you Adrian !

I had bad lighting to make picture :( But well once the figure completely finished and on its groundwork I will try to do better pics, all the more so than since these pics I've bought a more powerful camera :)
