A technical masterfully executed bust of the actor - unfortunately historical irrelevant. But the title of the thread has it - it's not intended to be Napoleon. - Maybe the next film by Ridley Scott will put Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise in the role of Hitler.....and will inspire some more interesting...
Everybody is free to comment and/or to move on. Jeff and his releases are well respected but he started this issue and he can easily stop it by explaining his reasons. I nevertheless will move on. Cheers Martin
I guess Jeff like everyone else here is free to reply or not but I fully understand your frustration Gary. It makes no sense to advertise this kit as long as it is not clear if you can get it. It should have been just offered by direct contact to the trusted circle of clients.

Seems to me still more fiction than fact looking at my many dogs and their behaviour but check the links provided. IMHO if Napoleon...
I am just going by Jeff`s remarks and have no intimate knowledge. If he separates between "trusted" and "regular" customers he seems to have an idea of excluding some customers from the suspicion that they bought as pirates or pass to pirates... these are the trusted customers - the others are...
Like Gladiator etc. the film will become Hollywood's dream of a person and period that will be mistaken by many viewers as history. And for sure it will get a lot of rewards from the film industry - like All quiet on the Western front recently - which will enforce the illusion of a profound...
I understand Jeff's desperation. A lot of his recent releases are already pirated and I guess that he feels the economical damage. Maybe he tries to figure out who among his customers might have been involved by ordering these kits and passing them to the pirates. The problem is that nobody...
Mario Patruno, 23, F Co 506th PIR, 101st Airborne Division on horseback rue du Cap de Lainé in Sainte-Mère-Eglise--who commented on his success in "liberating" a horse at the Osttruppen, east of the Merderet, not far from the 505th PIR DZ...
Far from being an expert I am interested in the Medieval period and the outfit of the fighting men.
The knight on the ground seems to wear a Gambesson over his chain mail. This was introduced around 1200 to protect the chain mail against rain and the fighter against heat in the sun...
No need for any flak IMHO - getting killed, seriously wounded or becoming victim of warcrimes is the sad reality of war. If somebody includes these aspects in his modelling maybe he wants the viewer to realize that it is not all about flashy action and smart looking uniforms. Everyone is free to...
Only once not twice.....seriously I shoot several kinds of weapons and calibres on a regular basis but maybe there is someone around who will do this with ease - balancing, aiming and countering the blast - maybe you can do it.
My final post on this thread - briefly: A very nice release and the only thing that was brought up is that it perpetuates a myth against well known historical facts for the sake of commercial success that Gordon btw. totally deserves.
As a visual evidence that the posters from hell support...
Οι παππούδες μου πολέμησαν για να μην υπάρξει ναζισμός. Υποστηρίζω την Ορθοδοξία και τον ρωσικό κόσμο
Maybe the guys who liked the post of Legion Miniatures that wishes all critics to hell should have had a closer look at the political message in Greek at the bottom of his post beside the...
