Hello, Sorry for the late response, only now have access to the bench again. So here's the figure next to another 75mm, guess it's about 65mm eye to foot. Since I was planning to display this one single anyway I don't really mind, however I have now ordered the 120mm version which arrived today...

Probably both based on the cow costume depictions in the Battle of Grandson 1476 by Diebold Schilling the Younger. I really like the signal horn in this one.

I'm 38 and started with 36. There are a lot of young people (Gen Z/Millennials) who paint figures but more in the fantasy/sci fi genre and they stick to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit rather than classic forums like PF.

Thanks for the review. I ordered the "75mm" version from ElGreco a while ago which unfortunately came in 60mm and with some missing detail on the visor. Also, in the original post of the sculptor it says it represents a Knight at the Battle of Visby, not Aljubarrota. I suppose it would work...

Great work. I also recently got a bottle of that AK Ultra Matt Varnish and it really is amazing stuff. Much better than the janky Vallejo matt varnish for brush application. Cyrill
