This whole project got by me - sorry I was not in on the early stages.
Another outstanding conversion job on these Guards.
Years ago, Greg DiFranco was quoted saying "Historex is essentially a medium". Daniel, you are demonstrating that, in your hands, Sean Judd's Trident sculpts are just a starting point for the projects that lie in your fertile imagination. I admire your fearlessness in using whatever is at hand to create your own figures. It is a pleasure to watch these projects come together.
All the best to you and your family. Stay safe, and sane, during this most unusual year!

Thank you so much for your words Don, means a lot to me.
Stay safe as well, you and your lovwd ones

How did you get the realistic appearance on the leather boots Daniel? Thanks in advance.

Hi Jay, thanks for your comments.
I have veen always using Citadel Charadon granite for boots and shies, it is an amazing color for that cause all you have to do is add few washes of black and for lights you can add some buff or similar color to the base ( charadon Granite) and that will do the trick.
Unfortunately this color is not available anymore simce it is part of the old Citadel base paint colors, the one that is supossed to be the replacement it's not even close to it.
I am saving my last 2 pots as if it is gold.
