Looks Oke for me,

Are you painting with oils or acrylic.
I find that you did a good job on the flag (sash). But beware of shading with black and highlight with white. It give's not always the most beautifull highlights and shadows.
The eyes need some more attention Ronald, I know that it is very difficult to keep the black dots in the same direction but you gotta try.
I must redo the eyes sometimes 4 maybe 5 times and most at the time i'm not satisfied.
The coat is really great. Chapeau.
Maybe some more highlight and shading on the boots (is it possible that it is the basecoat??).
Looking overall, you did a good job, with some spots that need some attention.
