Actually Mr “ I forgot to proof “ smarty pants ...............

It’s crocheted ....just redid Version 2 ....looks better ...will be even more so painted

That looks a much better Doily Grandma would love one on her bedside table.
With paint on it I don't think it will look so harsh V2 has my vote over V1. It is more in shape with the crown V1 appeared more circular.

Thanks Malkie , it’s all about having fun and just enjoying what we do ...no matter what subject

The hat details were modified but using V2 as a basis .....I will post pics once all basecoated and finished the red facings

Bad news folks I caught the doily with my brush...don’t ask ....broke into 3 ....but in the light of today’s sad news about Danilo Cartacci......a minor annoyance...all part of modelling
......so the area was fully cleaned off and basecoated in Angel Green ....it’s staying plain ...atm!!

Hi folks

Not posted much updates as it’s not the easiest to take pics of with the green and black ....however here’s a verbal update

All black lacework complete on front and back ,finally happy with the uniform green
Facings of red all complete
Working on crossbelt which fingers crossed with be shiny ...nice contrast to the Matt uniform
Still the dangly bits to paint once belt complete
Pouch still to do
Arms finished ready to be attached
Black leather gloves to do

Getting somewhere with this now , should look good once completed
