Thank you Jeff, hope to get back soonI can only echo what everyone else has been saying... great stuff (as always). Looking forward to seeing more when you haven't got a numb thumb.
Jeff
Many thanks Andrew for your kind wordsAnother very nice concept Brian.
Sorry to hear about your thumb ... we've all done sometime.
When I was doing marquetry many years ago, a slip of the scalpel regularly went over a number of fingers.
Wishing you a swift recovery.
Cheers,
Andrew

For the accident with the thumb: hope he is healing quick.
Marc
Thanks pete for your coments,I think graham would like the propaganda theoryBrian,
Sorry about the thumb - been there, done that! Looking very nice so far. Of course this is all foul propaganda from Gra at CGS. Everyone knows no British regiment ever lost its colours

I've PM youHi Brian, not bad at the moment, but I am waiting for an appointment for an eye opener and a date to have my left leg amputated.
Oh! well .
I can imagine quite painful KevinA fascinating piece! Great start!
As all of the rest, sorry for the injury....bummer!!! For my part, I recently pulled a "Young Frankenstein" ...The exacto flipped up our of my hand so I naturally closed my legs to catch it.....I leave the rest to your imagination....
Many thanks Chris, hope to be back Modeling in a few daysOUCH!!! Sorry to hear about your accident Brian. Not good at all. Love your work. Let's hope the thumb heals quickly. Can't have you off 'work' for too long.

Many thanks Huw,yes the colour will be yellowHello fingers!
We've all done it - took a chunk out of one finger a fortnight ago.
As you know French heavy cavalry have a peculiar effect on me... this is lovely Brian. Looking forward to seeing more - one thing about the dogsteeth edging on the schabraque - this should be the same as the facing colour.
Now stop worrying about yout wounds and let's see some more.
Cheers
Huw
