Jason, your face oil painting really is great, especially the ability to get smooth blends with a fairly high contrast range. Must be lots of glazes in there !

I`m trying to follow your lead into Acrylics for the uniform so may I ask you for your colors and mixes for the gold braid on the previous post of pics of his uniform. Thanks !

Rich

PS: Your selling a lot of "Lucky Jack" Busts for Young ;)

Glenn, Gary, Costas, John, Roger, Marc, Jose, Hardy, Pedro, Jay, Guy, Tony, Jerry, David, Matt, Ray, Jamie, Mike, Rob, and Rich: Thank you for your kind comments!

Glenn - Ah yes, the 75mm Caribinier. I almost fell out of my chair when I first saw that figure, but after taking a closer look (ok, a lot of looks), I think I'm going to pass. As has been mentioned elsewhere, the cuirass looks a bit small. Also, I'm not crazy about the pose and I dont like the fact that the figures face is largely obscured, or at least in shadow. These are fairly picky observations though, it is a cool figure.

Jerry - undercoat was brown rose and cork brown

David - check out the thread I started called Lancer WIP #4

Rob - thanks! No, I haven't done any work for any companies, but may soon. I've had some offers.

Rich - for acrylic gold lace, try black, german camo black brown, desert yellow, and red leather.
