I got this limited edition figure from Riccardo Cerilli Sculptures via Facebook thanks to a heads up from Nap. I am a sucker for well sculpted French Napoleonic personality figures and this one is terrific.

Here is the original illustration produced by Riccardo and included with the kit.



Assembled and primed in my usual Krylon ultra flat fusion for plastic spray (tan).

That's the annoying thing about "limited editions": Often they're not widely publicised, you can only order them inside a very short time window and you only become aware of them once it's too late.

Not my usual area of interest but I do like this one (great pose) and would have been very tempted.

Great start on a very imposing and original piece.
