Dave - that is absolutley beautiful. I also have this figure. Waiting to paint it until I think I can paint a design on the doublet like you have. I like your idea of using an interference medium for the silk. I have thought of giving that a try myself. Anyway - I love what you have done and have downloaded your pictures for reference.
