Hi Carl, brilliant start mate you look as though you are really enjoying this one, you have made him look like a real "Jock." I look forward to seeing him progress, and I do agree Mark is a hard act to follow. Keep enjoying it mate see you at FW.

Saw the progress on this yesterday and must say excellent work on the Glengarry and the skintones are even better close up. Following. (y)

A bit more done. I don't know what to do with the webbing, as it looks flat. I always have difficulty shading and highlighting vertical surfaces. Also I think I'll have to re-do the tartan arm patch, as I think the pattern should be on an angle. I've also added a wound strip, service chevrons and a wedding ring, as I wanted to depict him as a more mature Old Contemptable out since Mons.

This is looking really good carl, just caught up with it and the face is great, like the whole piece alot
