Hi Marc,
Really nice work on this, funny, the first thing I noticed was the grass, I don't know why because it is quite possible that the grass could grow that way, but it just looks odd when it is spaced out like that! the only other comment could be to shade the lower half of the shield with an oil wash as it is angled from the light.

This is my area of interest. Figure is excellent.
Also it is heavy an it is standing only on one foot.
How did you lock it together with a stair?
