Looking out my window right now, I can say your birch look dead on perfect. Did you paint them or use the twigs from the flower shop as is?

Hi Guys,

Finally I'm putting something new in this thread (and in the forum). Time has not been much, so painting is going slow.
I'm currently working on the face of the minuteman. Probably I will do some more work on it... but I decide later... I believe
that with eyebrows and hair it will look better.
The colours of the cloth are chosen... and already started the work there., but for now I leave the face only...



Hope you like it.
I will be happy with comments.

Hi!

Finally I've got time to get around this beautifull figure. I started by some colours that
didn't satisfied me so I restarted all the painting process.
Now I choosed a Bordeaux to the jacket, light breeches and dark green to vest which is still
in base coat, like the socks in a dark Bordeaux.
Hope you like the on going work and the colours!!
I'm open to suggestions and critiques and comments, etc etc etc
feel free to give your input.
BTW sorry for the pics, today I'm not getting acceptable ones from the machine...

A new update on the progress of this figure. It's close the end, only the acessories left to paint, hands and metal parts (buttons, buckles).
Then it's ready to attatch to the terrain previous made.

Thank You Ross. For the trees I used a decorative bush that I bought on the local flower shop.
Don't know the name, but it's great to do this things. And yes, they are painted since the material is of another
colour.
