My Gaul at last..

Hi!

Like the rest of the chaps I like the cloak a lot. The shading and the tartan pattern. I like the scabbard for the sword as well. What I think could be improved is the colour of the blond hair. It looks like it only have been washed anr perhaps the sculpting has a bit to do with it.

Sonia , you did a very wonderful work !! the celtic era is one of my preferite
period.. your tartan is amazing also for the colours choice and for the painting . I'm always glad when i see a girl with the same passion for painting figure as me ( it's just a little difficult to find i think... ).

Deeper shades and highlights. But looking again I assume the sculpt is somewhat part of this? Is he supposed to have the hair with the "glue" in it, the Gaul way?

Thanks for the comment Stefano, I'm happy that evryone likes what I've done with the tartan as I really tried my best.. and yes there aren't too any females around and the ones that are don't usualy paint soldiers.. more fantasy and flats.. guess I'm a odd woman LOL
