Hello,

I had written in my last thread I had my painted my last bust for this yeas, but it wasn't true.
http://www.planetfigure.com/threads/sergeant-6th-inniskilling-dragoons-1901-south-africa.114018/

In the last week I have painted the other bust of Mick's Mick's busts, Officer, 8th (The King’s Royal Irish) Hussars, Nelson Barracks Norwich 1891.

Not spectacular in the colours, but a very nice bust.
I hope you like it.

Ben

Hi Ben.
He has come out very nice, what colours/mixes did you use for the Braid and the Fur.
As you say not an array of colours But the blue's have come out very well on the jacket.
Well done
Mick.
Ps You have three days to do the Lancer:D:whistle:

Hi Mick, for the braid I use black/white mix, for the fur I use black/brown mix.

I start now with two figures, the Lancer too. But in three days...o_O...:dead:

Excellent work Ben, this bust is magnificent with so many details so you can't resist leaving it for new year!
Congratulations (once more)!!!

Wow! that painted up a treat, very well done on this one. The barracks where these resided in Norwich is about 30 minute drive from my house.
