Martin, as for me I think that this guy could hardly smoke that cigar. Russian usually smoke hand-made cigarettes =)))

Many thanks to You, Carl and Gordy!

And @Oleg:

Also to You "Thank You"!
As I wrote in my Post #78 our kosak smokes just a cigar which he has carried off in a German house in August, 1914 in East Prussia.
To form this scene realistically I have specially selected a cigar brand which was smoked at this time in Germany a lot.

A fine weekend to You all - and all my best wishes to our members in Japan!

First thank You, second thank You and third thanks again, Jamie!

Pleases me that You like the figure and the sbs.

Have a nice sunday!

102. Day, 14. March 2011

Today I have come back to a proposal from another forum.

There I was pointed out to the fact, that the moustaches (and often also the teeth and fingers!) of strong smokers at certain places (where the nicotine gets) brownish-yellowish discolorations show.

So I have with these colours …

… suitable nicotine discolorations in the moustache of my Cossack shown, indeed, without exaggerating this!

These discolorations originate in the beard only at the places where the nicotine also gets really – predominantly round the mouth.

Now thus I have also explained with my Cossack. In the middle the effect is stronger, to the outside he runs gently from …:

103. Day, 15. March 2011

Many Thanks, Gordy and Dmitry!

Today, unfortunately, the time has reached only to paint mouth.

I have taken for it these colours …:

The Light Flesh was used only for the lights on the lower lip …:

Tomorrow I want to see to make forehead and chin.

104. Day, 16. March 2011

With these colours …

...I have made today first of all the forehead …:

As you can see, moreover, I have with these colours …

… the chin started.

The lights in the chin are still absent …

106. Day, 18 March 2011

Thanks a lot, Oleg!
I also think, the face looks not so bad …

Today I have painted the eyebrows.

The same colours were used like with the moustache …:

106_1.jpg

Indeed, I have been hiding with the light grey tones a little bit, because eyebrows grow considerably more slowly than hair and beard hair – and as a result of that also turn grey more slowly.

Who exactly looks, will recognise that I was also in the moustache once more in it.

Friends in another forum had got to me to limit the yellowish-brown discolorations to the lower beard end directly over the mouth.

I have still made this of course.

Here my results…:

And with this state I say goodbye in the week-end.

107. Day, 21. March 2011

Today I have had little time, which is why I only the hair splendour of my Cossack with "Chocolate Brown" …
