Some good progress on my 1/12 Scooter Boy. Right hand done, bar a cleanup with file and crash helmet shaped from milliput and much riffling and sanding to shape... Took me back to my industry days!(y)

Hi Steve

Great progress on this , looking good ....the helmet shaping looks good so far .....patience being the keyword I think ......will you detail the inside as well ?

Looking forward to seeing more

Happy sculpting/sanding

Thanks for the encouragement chaps. Its a bit of a labour of love, this one, as its based on me and my scooter mates way back when, so a bit of an amalgamation of a few people, not anyone in particular!!(y) Simon, I shall try to add a bit of metallic medium to the jacket to try to emulate the sheen....

I wish I still had my original.one from the 80's not that it would still fit. The current one is far too.new f you know what I mean.

Cheers Simon

I still have my fishtail parka, but my MA1 was passed on to a mate who came off his scooter and trashed his! The sad thing is that I dont have any photos of us in all our glory!!

In the days we had to have films developed photos were rather rare but now everyone has a digital camera constantly and photograph everything no one ever looks at the pictures!

Cheers Simon
