Some good progress on my 1/12 Scooter Boy. Right hand done, bar a cleanup with file and crash helmet shaped from milliput and much riffling and sanding to shape... Took me back to my industry days!

Sculpting pretty much completed on my Scooter Boy. Just some cleaning up to do, then adding a couple more details here and there. Will go for priming, then hopefully final painting!

Thanks for the encouragement chaps. Its a bit of a labour of love, this one, as its based on me and my scooter mates way back when, so a bit of an amalgamation of a few people, not anyone in particular!! Simon, I shall try to add a bit of metallic medium to the jacket to try to emulate the sheen....

I wish I still had my original.one from the 80's not that it would still fit. The current one is far too.new f you know what I mean.

I still have my fishtail parka, but my MA1 was passed on to a mate who came off his scooter and trashed his! The sad thing is that I dont have any photos of us in all our glory!!

In the days we had to have films developed photos were rather rare but now everyone has a digital camera constantly and photograph everything no one ever looks at the pictures!

Really good, please tell me those patches are decals! Because I doubt I could paint them full size convincingly
