Although a lot has been done there is still more to go.

Please enjoy, and speak about what you like, and don't like.

Thanks.

Hi Darren,

Looking good mate like Peter say it's moving at a cracking pace

How far have you progressed with each area ie:leather and hair?

These are the most recent photos. Taken around 2 am or so. Had to stop for the night. Pretty long session.
..Haven't had a chance to work yet, the wife has me doing a few touch ups around the house....lol
Will post new pics when progress is made.

Darren,

That is really coming along now like the skin tones , I would push the highlights on the hair a bit more but that's my thing!

Really looking forward to seeing the shield

Thanks for sharing

Hey Nap,
I've been trying to decide about highlights but want to steer away from using a pure yellow. Right now the mix I am using is an ochre, black and red brown with a touch of white.

Do you have any recommendations to create a highlight?

Thanks,
Darren

Hi Darren,

I would have a look at using ochre and a touché of Lt flesh but maybe work with the pallete you already have as well .

Have a look on the site for WIPs on this piece might give you a few pointers

I also find that my pics seem to look different to the actual model in front on the bench !..or maybe I am just rubbish at piccy taking

Keep at it

Nap
