Greetings everyone!

I finished this guy a few days ago, and after working on a 1/9th bust and two 1/16th Alpine figures, it just felt a bit odd stepping down to 1/35th. No worries though, it was fun.

This is a Takahashi Modeling figure in white metal that I had in the stash for some time. You will notice that he is on a temporary base, as I haven't decided to put him on his own base or to save him for when I build a Sturmgeschutz III (Lord knows if and when I'll get around to that!).

He comes decorated with an Iron Cross 1st class and that's it. Since I like medals and badges, I decided to honor him with some additional prizes. Using Alliance Model Works accessories, I added a photo etch Wound badge in black and the General Assault badge. The Iron Cross 2nd class ribbon was painted on at the appropriate button hole. Now he looks the right veteran.

The cigarette is a tiny sliver of brass wire.
