Tamiya Liquid Surface Primer-Thinner?

Hi Folks,

One of my last second pick-ups at the Chicago Show was a bottle of Tamiya Liquid Surface Primer (white) and my question is what thinner to use?

I tried some Testors Thinner and that didn't budge the paint. Do I need to look at something more "harsh" like mineral spirits?

Will appreciate any help.

Try Tamiya liquid glue.
