That's a difficult one.
I'm a big fan of Carl Reid his sculpting of busts.
But the most character full bust is for me the one of Yury Serebryakow

I post the original sculpt and the little conversion with painting from Dave Maddox. The last whas the inspiration to do mine that way.

Impossible to pick just one really. But if pushed, I'd have to say this badger:

SWISS HORNBLOWER 15th CENTURY (I&E 120mm).jpg

Swiss Hornblower, 1/16 scale, sculpted by Mike Blank and released by I&E (the former range of our very own Ian "Ellie" Burton) back in the '90s. Not because I think it's the "best" figure ever released (although it is a very fine figure), more because it was one of the figures that was responsible for getting me back into the hobby after I saw the original (see above) painted up at Euro in 1998. It took my breath away and I just had to buy it. It remains one of the figures that I am most fond of.

I thought long and hard about this, but I had to choose this one.

So poignant to me in so many ways. Not only what it represents
to me, but also the amount of laughs it gave me and the wife.
It was a combined effort from some of my mates -Dimitry: the
sculpting, Steve: the Martini, Ron: the painting, Del: the labels,
Chippy: the base and yours chimply the foreign service helmet.:)

I have witnessed some increadible pieces in the last 25 years so it's to difficult to pick one out, what is easy for me is to pick one of my own from my collection, and it's the piece I did back in 2015,the centre piece was the CGS imperial guard bust with 5 other busts which I converted into imperial guardsmen,it's a piece that gave me enormous pleasure in building and painting and one I'm very proud of.
